Sajerra

Sajerra was the kind of person who found beauty. Every single day she would walk by the river. She found berries of all different colors and with her touch the berries turned to flowers. Sajerra always ran through fields with flowers throughout her hair. She swam with the dolphins and all the fish. She wrote of all the dreams she experienced.

Her days of being free are now long gone. Her hair doesn’t flow and the flowers don’t grow. She sits in a chair that many have sat and stares and waits for the world to change.

She used to find beauty but now she finds hate. She used to run, but now she walks. She was free, but now she’s not.

They changed the way she thinks and sees. Her dreams are now just in her head and she walks a lonely, lonely path.
